This site is run by the homeowners of La Hacienda Subdivision and serves as a virtual bulletin board for all homeowners and residents.

The sign up sheet is on the bulletin board in the clubhouse.
Bring your own drink, plates, and utensils to the clubhouse at 5:30pm for social. We eat at 6pm.
Potlucks are on the third Thursday of each month
🎉The 2026 Flea Market Was a Big Hit!
Thank you to everyone who donated the many wonderful items that made this event such a success!
A special thank you to all who volunteered both at the clubhouse and behind the scenes. Clubhouse volunteers spent many, many hours pricing, researching, organizing, and cleaning donated items, as well as creating and distributing flyers both online and to some Winter Texan parks. Other volunteers donated baked items, or provided meals or snacks for the volunteers.
During the Flea Market days, we had a great group of volunteers on the floor helping shoppers and ringing up sales. We even expanded our efforts by listing some smaller premium items on eBay and posting larger items on Facebook Marketplace, which helped get them sold locally. We also offered donated baked items, chips and drinks.
👏 Your time, donations, and teamwork truly made this event possible. Thank you for supporting our community!
UPDATE: The total sales has topped $3,200 as a result of additional internet sales.
